Terms and Conditions: Wags Luxury Boarding Kennels and Daycare Ltd

By booking with Wags Luxury Boarding Kennels and Daycare, you (the “Owner”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Boarding Services

Deposits and Payments

• Non-Refundable Policy: All booking require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Once a deposit has been paid, it is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to different dates, times, or alternative bookings.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Early Collection: If a dog is collected before the scheduled departure date, no credit or refund will be issued for the remaining days.

• Exceptions: Deposits are only refundable in the unfortunate event of the dog’s death prior to the stay, provided a valid death certificate from a registered veterinarian is presented.

Multi-Dog Bookings

• If a booking is made for two or more dogs and the Owner decides to bring fewer than the original number of dogs, the Owner remains liable for the full original balance of the booking.

• The only exception to this rule is the death of one of the dogs, verified by a death certificate.

Late Collection

• Owners must collect their dogs by the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so will result in additional charges based on the number of extra days/nights the dog remains in our care.

Drop off and collection timings.

Strictly between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Monday to Friday. Saturday 8:00 AM until 9:00 AM and Sunday 16:00 PM until 17:00 PM

Food and Necessities

• Provisions: Wags provides all essential necessities for your dog’s stay to ensure their comfort.

• Wags Provided Food: We can provide high-quality food for all dogs during their stay. However, if your dog is on a strict medical diet or has a sensitive stomach, we strongly recommend providing your own supply.

• Owner-Provided Food: If you choose to bring your dog’s own food, Wags commits to feeding your dog strictly and exclusively on that provided food. No other food or substitutes will be given unless authorized by the owner.

All treats supplied by WAGS are hypoallergenic.

Health

•Proof of up-to-date vaccinations ( including Kennel cough) is mandatory. We reserve the right to refuse any dog showing signs of illness upon arrival.

Daycare Services

Drop-off and Collection Timings

• Drop-off: Strictly between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Gates close promptly at 9:00 AM.

• Collection: Strictly between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Gates close promptly at 6:00 PM.

unless WAGS advise on special opening times.

•Late arrivals will not be admitted to ensure other dogs routine is not disturbed.

Late Collection Policy

• If you fail to collect your dog by the 6:00 PM closing time, you will not be able to retrieve your dog until the following day.

• In this event, the Owner will be charged our standard overnight boarding kennel rate per dog in addition to the daycare fee.

Trial day

•All new dogs attending daycare must be watched under assessment on their first day to ensure they are social and safe with other dogs.

Health and Veterinary Care

Liability

• Wags is not liable for any illness or injury sustained by the dog during their stay unless it can be proven that the issue arose directly from negligence by Wags.

Emergency Protocols

• In the event a dog becomes unwell or injured, Wags will attempt to contact the Owner immediately.

• If the Owner cannot be reached, Wags reserves the right to contact a veterinarian and authorize necessary treatment at the Owner’s expense.

Risk assumption

•The owner acknowledges that communal play between dogs underlying exposed to risks of minor injuries(scratches or nicks).

Personal Belongings

• All personal belongings (collars, leads, beds, toys, coats, etc.) are left at the Owner’s own risk.

• Wags is not liable for the loss, damage, or destruction of any customer goods or dog belongings.

By proceeding with your booking and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
