Viewing appointments are individual 30 minute slots and are in high demand. Due to this, we appreciate that those who book a viewing ensure a prompt arrival to the arranged viewing time and if there are any issues in regards to attending the viewing that you contact us to let us know as this space can be filled almost immediately and in general curtesy and etiquette.Â
Please do note that if you haven’t used our dog care services prior to a booking and would like to look without booking an appointment then there is no facility to view on the day of drop off due to a tight schedule and many other customers to serve within this time. Your dogs are always our top priority and this is within their best interests so they can enjoy their fun filled day and routine. However, any questions will be answered and a viewing appointment could always be arrange on a future date.
